Elemroot develops and provides location-based API services and maintains the spatial data they are built on. Our services include modern vector maps, address search and routing for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The services are available through APIs and are designed for integration into enterprise information systems, web applications and mobile applications. They are used in business-critical processes where the accuracy of location information and the reliability of the service directly affect day-to-day operations.
All services are built on a spatial database maintained by Elemroot itself, one of the most accurate and up to date in the Baltics. Elemroot is responsible for collecting, verifying and updating the data and for operating the services, which allows clients to focus on their core business and on developing their applications.
Clients and use cases
Our services are used by organisations whose core operations depend on accurate location information: planning transport and deliveries, locating customers and sites, and linking events to a location.
Our clients include banks, insurers, logistics and parcel companies, e-commerce businesses, security companies and media outlets. Our oldest client relationships have lasted for more than 20 years.
Foundation of the services
Our spatial database covers address, road network and base map data for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in a single data model. This ensures that the results of address search, maps and routing are consistent with one another.
We update address data every month, and road network, building and other spatial data regularly. We verify and curate the data and extend the database with data we collect ourselves.

Our strength is long experience in developing spatial data and location-based services, and a thorough understanding of the field.
We monitor the services around the clock. Data updates reach the services smoothly, without the client having to change anything in their systems. New capabilities are added in a way that keeps existing integrations working unchanged.

- 2016
Reach-U AS
In 2016 AS Regio changed its business name to Reach-U AS. The company’s web map applications and spatial data unit continued its work and the development of its solutions.
- 2025
Elemroot OÜ
Elemroot OÜ acquired the web map applications and spatial data business line from Reach-U AS. During the transition all services continued without interruption and cooperation with clients carried on as usual. With the transaction, Elemroot lays the foundation for the further development of knowledge and solutions accumulated over decades.
